'Major' Premiere Show Response!

Adivi Sesh's biographical drama 'Major' is in theatres now. The movie team organized special premieres in Hyderabad last night which met with a huge response. Based on the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, the brave soldier who sacrificed his life protecting the people during the '26/11 Mumbai Attacks', there were heavy expectations on the movie.

It is clear to say that the film is worth every penny you pay. 'Major' is an emotional ride that takes you on a journey of self-determination, honesty and sacrifice. The atmosphere was electric and the writers were successful in making the audience root for the lead character. The sequences revolving around 'The Taj Hotel' have been executed pretty well and every move by the hero is met with a huge response from the audience. The people whistled for every victory of the hero and by the end, there was nothing but a standing ovation for the team. The heroic death of Sandeep Unnikrishnan and the heartbreaking agony of his parents leaves everyone in tears. In the end, the chants of 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai' and 'Vande Maataram' were echoing in the theatre. 'Major' is an emotion that should be experienced in theatres. Major' is directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka who made 'Goodachari' earlier with Sesh. Abburi Ravi has penned the dialogues while Adivi Sesh himself provided the screenplay. Maratha beauty Saiee Manjrekar will be seen as the hero's romantic interest in 'Major'. Telugu girl Sobitha Dhulipala is playing a key role in this film. This pan-Indian project is produced jointly by Sony Pictures India, A+S Movies and GMB Entertainments jointly. Veterans like Prakash Raj, Murali Sharma, Revathi and others are also a part of this film. 'Major' is a pan-Indian film that is going to be released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam.
