Young hero Vaisshnav Tej's 'Uppena' is easily one of the biggest films releasing in February. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, this romantic film set in the rural backdrop has Vijay Sethupati playing the villain role.
The super hit songs and an impressive teaser brought a lot of hype on this film and sources say that a certain buyer has approached the makers with a proposal of buying the entire rights of Telugu states for 18 crores. This is a very good deal considering the production cost of the film but the producers have reportedly turned it down.
Despite having second thoughts, the Mythri Movie Makers have reportedly given the Nizam rights to Dil Raju. They had to give it to Dil Raju due to a deal they made earlier. Sources also say that it was because of an obligation from director Sukumar who is co-producing this film.
It looks like the producers received more money than discussed before from Dil Raju due to the other buyer. 'Uppena' is hitting the screens on 12th February and Devi Sri Prasad composed the music for it.
