As it is said, 'Agent' is aiming to capture the pan-Indian market. As a part of it, they have roped in legendary Malayalam actor Mammotty to play a crucial role. The Megastar of Malayalam is playing a full-length and significant role in the movie. The first look poster of his character came out a while ago and the makers described him as “The Devil Ruthless Saviour”. The Megastar announced war against his opponents as he is seen holding a gun. He is looking quite intense and fierce in this poster.

Crazy music composer Hip Hop Tamizha is scoring the music while top writer Vakkantam Vamsi has penned the story. Produced by Rambrahmam Sunkara under AK Entertainments banner along with Surender 2 Cinema banner. Young beauty Sakshi Vaidya has been brought on board to romance Akhil in this movie. Agent's new shooting schedule begins today and Mammootty is also taking part in it.

Surender Reddy is known for his movies like 'Kick', 'Race Gurram', 'Sye Raa' and 'Dhruva'. Akhil scored his first success as a hero with romantic comedy 'Most Eligible Bachelor'. Ragul Herian Dharuman cranks the camera. National Award winner Naveen Nooli is the editor while Avinash Kolla is the art director.

Akkineni's young hero Akhil arrived in Tollywood with a lot of hype surrounding him. His debut film 'Akhil' was a disaster and it affected his career badly. After the initial debacle, he tried to bounce back with a classy love story like 'Hello' which got a good talk but failed commercially. His third movie 'Mr. Majnu' was a failure too. After getting his first success, he is looking to go big with 'Agent'. He developed a chiseled body for the film. The long and curly hair suited the hero too.
