Malaysia Airlines Plane Crashes in Ukraine, 295 Killed

After MH370 missing tragedy now another tragic incident happened. According to the reports of a Russian New Agency, A Malaysia Airlines flight from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia got crashed in eastern Ukraine on Thursday

The Boeing 777 with 295 people on board is reported to have been shot down in Ukraine near the Russian border on Thursday evening. Malaysian Airlines in its Twitter account confirmed that they lost the contact with the plane  and the last known position is over Ukrainian air space.

 Malaysia Airlines released a statement Thursday afternoon confirming it had lost contact with MH17 over Ukrainian airspace, approximately 30 miles from the Russia-Ukraine border.

The flight, en route from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, was carrying 280 passengers and 15 crew members.

Malaysian president has delivered his apology and shared his sadness and sent condolences to passenger’s relatives. This is another major mishap in the last 5 months from Malaysia airlines. Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 disappeared on March 8th. The plane had 239 people on board and no trace of it is found till date despite extensive search efforts.
