Actors do tend to say that they have put in their life on the line for the film. At times, that could be true but most of the times it is to get some recognition among the fans that they have worked for the movie with their heart and soul. But Manoj Manchu took it a step ahead and said that he could die for a film like Okkadu Migiladu.

Manoj for this film put on 20 to 30 kgs weight and then reduced most of it to play the two different roles in the movie. He is playing the roles of a student leader and Tamil Eelam Chief, Prabhakaran's roles in this movie. The actor said, " One can die doing a movie like Okkadu Migiladu. People will praise me for dying doing such a movie and I'm proud of this film."

He continued, " In my career I have some big budget movie before but never felt like this for any film. This film is really a great film. I was born and brought up in Chennai, so I knew about the Sri Lankan Tamil movement and their problems. But after Ajay Nuthakki's narration, I understood their real problems and understood the difference between real problems and problems what we feel. I think everyone should know the value of life that this film projects so, we are releasing this one in four languages, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam, all over the country." The movie is scheduled for a release in September!
