Its Official: Mani Ratnam & Karan Johar Collaboration!

Director-cum-Producer Karan Johar on Thursday officially announced his next project, a Hindi remake of 'Ok Bangaram'. For this cute love story, The Bollywood personality will collaborate with Mani Ratnam who will be providing the script for the venture. 'Honored to collaborate with Mani Ratnam on the recreation of his labour of love....directed by Shaad Ali....@DharmaMovies..cast coming up!,' tweets Karan Johar.

'Aashiqui 2' fame Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor will be replacing Dulquer Salmaan and Nitya Menon in the remake. Shaad Ali will wield the megaphone. AR Rahman composes music and Gulzar would provide lyrics.

Movie Lovers would appreciate the casting of lead pair and crew comprising of some of the legends in the Industry. Hopefully, The Hindi remake will be as good as the Telugu-Tamil versions.
