Controversy Costs Mani Sir Film For Him?

Update: 2017-12-02 16:45 GMT

Controversy's favourite child Simbu is at it again.  But this time, Simbu may land into a big trouble.  It is known that Tamil movie producer Michael Rayappan held a press meet recently and raised allegations against Simbu that he has lost Rs.20 crores because of his latest film 'AAA' starring Simbu.  He said he incurred losses because of Simbu.  He requested the movie actors council to ban Simbu from acting in films.

'AAA' director Adhik Ravichandran was also present in the press meet while the producer was raising allegations against Simbu.  This is giving strength to the producer's arguments.  On the other hand, the director also supported producer's claims.  Going by the developments, Tamil film industry reportedly planning to issue a red card to Simbu.  This will suspend him from acting in Tamil films.

Whether Tamil film industry issues a red card to Simbu or not, no Tamil filmmaker is ready to work with Simbu in the present situation. As the controversy is getting bigger with each passing day director Mani Ratnam is also rethinking of casting Simbu in his latest film.  It is known that Mani Ratnam roped in Simbu for a crucial character in his latest film which will hit the sets soon.  If Mani sir replaces Simbu in his new film, it will be a huge blow to Simbu for sure.
