Sai Dharam Tej who has scored six back to back disasters is all set to come up with a romantic entertainer 'Chitralahari'. Kishore Tirumala helmed this project.
On the other hand, Geeta Arts have bought the remake rights of Bollywood film 'Gully Boy' which became a blockbuster. Rumors came out that Sai Dharam Tej is going to play the lead role in the Telugu remake of 'Gully Boy'. During the promotional interviews of 'Chitralahari', when asked about the same question, Sai Dharam Tej has shocked the audience claiming that he hasn't watched 'Gully Boy' yet and those are just baseless rumors and there is no truth in them. It is known that 'Chitralahari' is a story about a person who struggles with failures, when asked if Sai Dharam Tej would have accepted the script even if he has been tasting success, Tej has given an interesting answer.
"I strongly believe that the story itself will select the hero and even the rest of the characters will also be demanded by the script." Said Sai Dharam Tej. 'Chitralahari' is slated to hit the screens on 12th April, 2019.
