Megastar Chiranjeevi clears the rumors with a single post

Rumors and reports about films are not new. Going in the same line, media reports are abuzz that Megastar Chiranjeevi has decided to stay out of the remake of Lalettan Mohanlal starrer Lucifer as he is not happy with the director's work.

Now the Konidela Production company, which is bankrolling the remake, rubbished the rumors by wishing Mohan Raja, who is celebrating his birthday today. Mohan Raja is helming the project.

With this post, the makers have cleared all the airs surrounding the much-awaited- remake. Once Megastar finishes his ongoing project Acharya, he will focus on the remake, which is likely to hit the floors in August. The project got delayed due to the Covid impact.

The latest buzz is that the makers want to finalize 'Kingmaker' as the title, however, there is no official confirmation on this. Earlier, names like  Sujeeth Sign and VV Vinayak surfaced to direct the remake. However, Tamil director Mohan Raja bagged the opportunity.

It is said that the makers are working on the changes that have to be made to the original story to make it suitable for the Telugu nativity. The changes are made keeping Chiranjeevi's image in mind as well.
