MLA Trailer Talk: Packs A Punch!

Update: 2018-03-16 12:46 GMT
Political fever is gripping the Telugu States an year before the general elections. Filmmakers have been now keen to make films with political backdrop. Be it Mahesh Babu's 'Bharat Anu Nenu' and Nayantara's 'Karthavyam', They are based on the political system and society. Unexpectedly, Even Kalyan Ram-starrer 'MLA' have a political backdrop. Unlike the two other films, This project will be focusing more on entertainment quotient rather than fighting against any serious issue.

Kalyan Ram plays happy-go-lucky guy who aims to be a politician. Kajal, on the other hand, is the one who believes in providing education to the underprivileged. Conflict with the Sitting MLA & how he replaces him as the public representative forms rest of the tale.

New Avatar of Kalyan Ram is impressive. Even the way he uttered the punchline in the end was too good. Kajal doesn't leave a good impact. Background Score by Mani Sharma and Cinematography by Prasad Murella are nice. Dialogues were well written. Director Upendra Madhav seems to have taken inspiration from the entertaining narration of Anil Ravipudi of 'Patas' fame. March 23rd Release!
