Actress Saiyami Kher, who made her acting debut with Rey in 2015, is making her comeback to Tollywood after five years with Nagarjuna's Wild Dog. In a recent media interaction, Saiyami revealed a lot of things about her experience with Wild Dog team and shooting outdoors.
Wild Dog was among the first Telugu films to resume shoot post lockdown and the actress says it was an incredible experience. "We went to Manali to shoot and the view was spectacular. It felt great to be on sets and outdoors after a long time," says the actress.
She revealed that she plays a RAW agent in the film and the audience will see her performing a lot of stunts. She trained in mixed martial arts to look the part and she hopes it pays off. She admits that the chance of working with Nagarjuna is what got her most excited.
"I was so nervous when I joined the sets because I didn't want to mess up my takes, but Nagarjuna sir made me feel so comfortable with his humbleness. He is very intelligent and well-versed on various topics, so our conversations were always interesting. He's one of the fittest actors on the block," she said.
Directed by debutant Ashishor Soloman, the film is based on real-life incidents. The film is bankrolled by Niranjan Reddy and Anvesh Reddy.
