Telugu Cinema is going through a bad form from last two months. After Dussehra and Diwali releases, movies failed to open to decent collections and continue like that. In November, except for PSV Garuda Vega, starring Rajasekhar, nothing did have any kind of decent collections. Even Garuda Vega failed to continue to play with House fulls.
More than 25 to 30 films have released but nothing has been able to substantially bring in great collections. Previous week, Sai Dharam Tej released Jawaan and also, Indrasena and Oxygen released the same week. While both Oxygen and Indrasena failed to even get an opening number on the first day. Jawaan did open to a good figure on the first day but then started falling down considerably.
Now, the Telugu Film Trade analysts are looking for Nani's MCA to release on 21st of December. Even though there are films like Sapthagiri LLB and Malli Rava, scheduled for 8th December, both don't have enough buzz to consider them as potential money earners. We still don't know if any film will release for 15th but 21st and 22nd are booked by Nani and Akhil's Hello. For 29th, Okka Kshanam, Chalo are planned already. So, the audience might have to wait till Middle Class Abbayi to fill up the theatres.
