Vamikarn Gabbi steals the show in 'Nannu Vadili Neevu Polevule'. After 'Bhale rnManchi Roju', She yet again proves her mettle by doing complete justice rnto the strong character. This Beauty deserves all the praise for having rnthe guts to play such a role.
All the films of Selvaraghavan rnguarantee good performances and even 'Nannu Vadili Neevu Polevule' is norn different. Rest of the cast too did a fine job.
Pros:
Lead Pair
Strong Emotion
Selvaraghavan's Mark
Cons:
Second Half
Technicalities:
Mostrn of the Technicians were debutantes but still output is beyond rnsatisfactory. Background Score provided by Amruth is an asset to the rnmovie. Sridhar's Camera Work matches up to visuals in Selvaraghavan's rnpast films. Dialogues penned by Krishna Teja are alright. Production rnValues were adequate. One gets the doubt if Selvaraghavan himself rndirected 'Nannu Vadili Neevu Polevule' most of the scenes remind us of rnhis past works. Only in the scenes where there is too much melodrama, rnGeethanjali is able to leave a mark of her own.
Analysis:
Filmsrn of Selvaraghavan have a huge impact on the movie lovers irrespective ofrn success & failure. 'Nannu Vadili Neevu Polevule' deals with the rnissues faced by a newly wed couple who are poles apart. Audience connectrn well with the lead characters but the reach for such subjects is alwaysrn going to be limited.
'Nannu Vadili Neevu Polevule' is a rnhard-hitting film. Selva's Story & Screenplay deserves a special rnmention for keeping the viewers engaged for most of the time. The way hern designed the roles of Hero-Heroine is quite impressive.
Geethanjalirn succeeded in filming the bold Internal sequence so effectively & itrn looks very realistic. She, however, lost the grip of the subject in thern Second Half which have ample predictable/routine scenes. At times, rn'Nannu Vadili Neevu Polevule' gives a feeling that its a path-breaking rnfilm. At the same time, Audience find few sequences cheap & rndistasteful.
While most of the movie is realistic, There are fewrn silly & heavy melodrama scenes at crucial junctures to spoil the rnexperience. Climax could have been dealt in a much better way. Lastly, rn'Nannu Vadili Neevu Polevule' is an unconventional flick with strong rnlead characters but falters in execution.
Bottom Line: A Bold Attempt Gone Wrong!
