Recently, There were reports of Simbhu's Father T Rajendran filing a complaint against Nayantara with Nadigar Sangam accusing her non-cooperation and demanding balance payment without wrapping up the pending work of 'Ithu Namma Aalu'.

Finally, Simbhu broke the silence to clear the air. Faulting the way media blown it out of proportion, He made it clear that no complaint was registered against Nayantara. "My father is the producer of the movie. When we were unable to contact Nayan for paying her pay cheque of Rs 50 lakhs and place the request of call sheets for 2 songs, We approached Nadigar Sangam to interfere and even deposited the money with the council. When Nadigar Sangam asked for a written letter over the issue, My father gave it to them. How could it be called a complaint?," he questions.

Simbhu told he would be releasing the film without those two songs if Nayantara is reluctant to allot dates. He also declares Nayan will always remain his close friend.

'Ithu Namma Aalu' stars Simbhu and Nayantara is lead roles. There is good buzz around this movie as the former lovers have teamed up again for a romantic flick.
