King Khan Shah Rukh Khanâs son Aryan Khan has been getting the attention of everyone since Saturday. However, the reason for this is not a good reason as he was detained by the NCB after busting an alleged rave party in Mumbai. Compared to the other accused, Aryan Khan is being focused mainly.
This extra attention gave birth to the news reports and belief that Narcotics Control Bureau(NCB) sleuths are targeting Aryan Khan in the case. To keep an end to these reports the officials gave their version.
Rubbishing these reports, NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede said that they are just doing their work and they are not against anyone. All these allegations against the agency, in this case, are nothing but fake, he added.
Giving more details on the work done by NCB, the Zonal director said that in the course of over 100 months, the officials have nabbed more than 300 people and the count of known people in the arrests is very less. Jumping to conclusions without knowing anything is not good, he said.
Talking about the particular case, the Zonal Director opined that it's usual that known people and kids of popular personalities get wide coverage in the media outlets and we canât do anything about this. Despite arresting drug peddlers and suppliers by the officials, noted people get more coverage.
Looking at the details of the case, the cruise rave party was busted by the NCB officials who entered the ship in civilian attire. Once the ship reached mid-sea, the officials swung into action and took eight people into their custody including Aryan Khan.
After grilling the accused in the case, the NCB officials had produced them before the court to seek custody. The Narcotics Control Bureau is said to have gathered information after going through the messages and call history of the access that forced them to seek their custody.
The Court had granted NCB custody for Aryan Khan and other accused in the case Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Sarika, Ismeet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chhoker, Gomit Chopra, and Arbaaz Merchantt till the 7th of this month.
