NCB submits 12,000-page long charge sheet before the court, 32 people named!

Law enforcement and intelligence agency Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) which is probing the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput had filed a charge sheet before a special court in Mumbai.

The charge sheet filed by the NCB is nearly 12,000 pages which contained the statements given by over 200 witnesses in the case reportedly. In the charge sheet, 33 people were named by the NCB.

News Agency Press Trust of India(PTI) reported that Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik were mentioned in the list and the charge sheet accused Rhea Chakraborty of supplying drugs to the actor.

Former Executive Producer of Dharmatic Entertainment, Kshitji Prasad, Sushant's house help and Zaid Vilatra, Abdel Basit Parihar, and Samuel Miranda, suspected rug dealers, and others were named in the charge sheet.

The NCB has been probing Sushant Singh's case since June 2020. As part of the investigation, Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik were arrested by the NCB sleuths. However, they were later released on bail.

The federal agency had grilled Deepika Padukone, Firoz Nadiadwala, Shraddha Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Rakul Preet Singh, and others were questioned by the NCB and their statements were also recorded. However, their statements were not mentioned in the charge sheet reportedly.

Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his residence in Mumbai's Bandra on 14 June 2020. The actor was found hanging from his ceiling fan. Sushant's death had raised several questions. Since then, Sushant fans have been demanding justice for the actor.
