New pricing slab for RRR in Hyderabad

Rajamouli, Jr NTR, and Ram Charan's RRR has gotten off to a great start at the box office. The film is setting the global box office on fire and it has registered a sensational Rs 500 crores gross weekend at the box office. At this rate, RRR is well on course to emerge as the highest grossing film of 2022 and also become one of the highest grossing films ever in Indian cinema.

Coming to the point, RRR's distributors in Hyderabad have opted for a new ticket pricing model starting from today. With the film completing its weekend run, the additional Rs 50 price hikes permission has been revoked and the old pricing model has to be implemented now.

Subsequently, the new pricing model for RRR in Hyderabad has been put to effect now. A single ticket for RRR at a multiplex can cost up to Rs 354 now while a ticket at a single screen can cost up to Rs 210. This will be the ticket pricing slab that will be in effect henceforth. The distributors have also opted to slash the ticket prices in B, C, and D centres across the rural pockets of Telangana and more details about the same will be out soon.

RRR is the most anticipated film of the year and the stakes are high on the same. The governments of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have incorporated special pricing sla for the film in order to recover the humongous investments. The film made the most of the same and registered a stellar opening weekend at the box office.

RRR is doing particularly well in the Hindi circuit as well. It has already collected a nett amount of Rs 74 crores and it is expected to go on to register a Rs 200 Cr closing nett at the box office.
