We have seen hike in ticket prices at the time of Baahubali and Srimanthudu release in many parts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
When asked about the new trend, Nithin explained: "We can't do anything about black marketing. But, I have to tell you one thing here. For a 5 minutes one spend in a Coffee Shop, People are willing to pay Rs 100 each. The price of film ticket which guarantees entertainment for about 2-and-a-half hours in AC theatre is just Rs 70. How fare is it? How could anyone expect a movie ticket to be cheaper than coffee? That's the reason hike in ticket prices is a must".
Nithin admits the job of a Producer is never easy. He gives the credit for VV Vinayak and Akhil for ensuring the making of his maiden production went on smoothly.
On his Cameo in 'Akhil', Nithin wasn't sure if that would happen or not. He confirms a film under Gautham Menon's Direction will be launched next year.
