Vijay Devarakonda made his debut with tiny roles in movies like 'Nuvvila', 'Life Is Beautiful' and others. He played a key role in Nani's 'Evade Subrahmanyam' which brought him a lot of fame. His first hit film was 'Pelli Choopulu' but his career took a huge turn with 'Arjun Reddy'. He scored a blockbuster like 'Geetha Govindham' too and he is enjoying a massive craze among the youth despite a couple of disasters. He pinned a lot of hopes on 'Liger' as it marks his entry into Bollywood.

The result of 'Liger' is crucial for Deverakonda's career as his track record is not that good for the past three years. 'Dear Comrade' which came out under the direction of Bharat Kamma released amidst good expectations and tanked badly at the box office. The film disappointed everyone and he arrived with 'World Famous Lover' just a few weeks before the first lockdown.

The film was a disaster by epic proportions. It tested the patience of the audience and they rejected this film outright. It has been two years since we saw Vijay on the silver screen. There were no major updates about him except for the glimpse of 'Liger' which came at the end of December. All he does is tweet at times and get caught by the shutterbugs near airports or restaurants.

But he turned out to be the most desirable hero in Telugu Film Industry last year according to Hyderabad Times. His count of followers on social media is increasing rapidly. While the fans are happy about it, a lot of people are curious to find out the reason behind this buzz around him all the time. Insiders claim that he has a good PR team who makes sure that his name pops up on the internet quite often. Many Bollywood young heroines are saying that they want to work with Deverakonda soon which is also helping his craze.

All this buzz around him will either increase or fall down depending on the verdict of 'Liger' which is directed by dashing filmmaker Puri Jagannadh. Let us wait and see what happens.
