Young hero Vijay Deverakonda is all set for his upcoming movie 'NOTA'. Touted to be a political drama, Anand Shankar is helming this project. Some rumours about the movie story and characters are doing rounds in the industry.

There is a talk that 'NOTA' is based on some real-life politicians and the political affairs. However, though there is no official confirmation, the movie reportedly has the story of Bihar CM Lalu Prasad Yadav and his wife Rabridevi. As Lalu was accused of corruption, he got down from power and gave it to his wife. In the same way in 'NOTA', after getting accused with corruption, he reportedly will make his son as a Chief Minister. So, this point of the movie is inspired from the real incident. Though hero being a Chief Minister is a point we have seen in Mahesh Babu starrer, 'Bharath Ane Nenu', 'NOTA' has a different concept.

However, the expectations are high on this film as the fans are excited to see how Vijay is going to perform as a Chief Minister. After 'Arjun Reddy' and 'Geetha Govindam' which turned out to be block busters, the fans are expecting 'NOTA' to repeat the same magic.
