Jr. NTR who debuted into small screen as reality TV show host of Bigg Boss Telugu stated that the show helped him to explore himself and gave a platform to open up more. "In films, I am playing someone else, and I am expected to fill in someone's shoes. After recording highest TRP for 70 days, the show finally came to an end on 24th September marking the contestant Siva Balaji as the winner of the 1st season. Siva Balaji received the maximum votes from the fans and bagged Rs. 50 lakhs as prize money and the Bigg Boss Trophy.
