Few days ago, Nude Scene of Swara Bhaskar from her upcoming flick 'Anarkali of Aarah' surfaced on the internet weeks before theatrical release.
Makers of 'Anarkali of Aarah' disclosed that Censor Board has suggested 11 cuts in the movie. Whereas, Swara Bhaskar slammed CBFC for curtailing the creative freedom of filmmakers and lauded Producers like Sandip Kapur for backing brave plots. The Actress even expressed fear on leak of full film prior to the release just alike it happened in the case of 'Udta Punjab'. People even jumped to the conclusion that Censor Board Members could be behind the leakage.
CBFC Chief Pahlaj Nihalani responded on the fresh controversy. 'Anarkali of Aarah hasn't be censored or certified yet. How can any cuts be suggested without the Censor screening? It's nothing but cost-effective publicity stunt! First, You make a low budget film. Then, Make an issue citing Censor problems for media coverage,' he alleges.
Mr.Nihalani made it clear such Filmmakers which blame Censor Board for cheap publicity won't be spared at all.
