No Gay Sex in the movie says Censor Board!

Censor board under it's chief Pahlaj Nihalani has become a headache for each and every filmmaker in our country and they are complaining about his new rules whenever possible. He is not objecting just a few scenes but he is objecting for the release of entire movie and this is breaking the hearts of many makers and they are not happy about it. Now, even lawyers are questioning about the rules supporting the directors.

'Ka Bodyscapes' is a Malayalam movie produced on same sex marriage. The movie has finished shooting long back and it almost completed a year trying to get a censor certificate. The CBFC has been rejecting the producers pleas to certify the movie. According to a media report, total 16 members from CBFC have watched the movie in Trituvanthapuram but still the movie is waiting for their green signal. Jayan Cheriyan, the director has expressed his displeasure regarding this issue. Now, Kerala High Court has sent a notice to Pahlaj Nihalani to explain why the Board took more than year to certify the movie.

Last week, 18 members from CBFC watched and the consensus are equally divided. While 9 agreed to certify, 9 rejected. So, the lawyer from CBFC asked High court to grant them 2 more weeks to solve the issue. Well, people are commenting CBFC doesn't allow kiss on screen how will they allow Gay sex!
