In a span of five months, Actress Parineeti Chopra has turned from plump to slim. At one point of time, She used to weigh 86 kg and that's something not acceptable, especially in the glamour field.
The first thing Parineeti to look fit & fab is to approach a Doctor to understand her body. She then cut down Milk, Milk Products, Eggs and Late-night Snacking.
There after, Parineeti started learning Kalaripayattu, a martial arts form practiced in Kerala. She would spend an hour a day doing Kalaripayattu which helped her build the stamina and made her body more flexible.
Parineeti Chopra admits she would have considered a cosmetic surgery had if all her attempts to cut down the extra flab didn't yield any results. She now asks people to wait for five more months to see a size-zero Parineeti.
