Two 'invisible' Hands Behind Rangasthalam Success

Few topics are highly interesting to discuss. Same is the contribution of Pawan Kalyan and Allu Aravind in the huge success of Rangasthalam.

Pawan Kalyan did not give any suggestions directly but his Agnyathavasi release in Overseas confirmed the best plan to go ahead with premieres.

The movie premiered for Sankranthi in more than 550 locations in USA and earned 1.5 Million USD.

But in more than 70% of the locations, the movie failed to even collect 1000 dollars.

This helped Distributors to identify the places where demand for Telugu movies is more and Rangasthalam distributors cleverly planned the increase in number of shows as per the positive response from audience in those locations.

Hence, we see such sustained demand and big numbers, all over the weekend.

Allu Aravind is a master mind in understanding how the film business works. He pushes few films for huge wide release but for few, he is against US premieres too.

Sarrainodu benefitted with his planning to release in limited centres in Telugu states and no US premieres. That negated any negative talk for the movie and the share increased due to sustained demand.

Same strategy he gave for Mythri Movie Makers too. They released the movie in limited number of theatres in two Telugu states and that is showing a demand for tickets and the positive feedback from audience is helping the movie to sustain the name and collect big.
