Report: Pawan Kalyan Bought A New Bungalow In Jubilee Hills

Pawan Kalyan is one of the highest paid actors in Telugu cinema. He charges as much as Rs 50 crores per project. It is rumored that Pawan hiked his remuneration for PSPK28, a Harish Shankar directorial. It is heard that he is taking him a whopping amount of Rs 60 crores for the project. Mythri Movie Makers have been hoping to work with Pawan Kalyan for a long time now and they were more than willing to match his remuneration demands. This is the highest remuneration they had paid for any actor till date, and also, this is the first time Pawan Kalyan is charging Rs 60 crores for a film. Needless to say, none of these speculations are officially confirmed by the parties involved for obvious reasons.

Now, a report from a Telugu media portal is claiming that Pawan Kalyan has acquired a sprawling bungalow in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. He has reportedly spent Rs 12 crores on this luxurious property and the registration has been completed already. For the stamp duties alone, Pawan Kalyan shelled out Rs 66 lakhs which is a whopping amount in a by which way. The total expenditure is estimated to be around Rs 12 crores. Pawan will be moving his family to this bungalow very soon and it will be his official residence. This is the costliest property acquired by Pawan in the recent past. It is known that Pawan Kalyan has also booked a Range Rover car worth close to Rs 4 crores recently. He won't be using this car for his political tours though.

Pawan Kalyan is currently busy with Bheemla Nayak which is nearing the completion of the shoot. He is set to commence working on Hari Hara Veera Mallu, a Krish directorial once he is done with Bheemla Nayak which isn't too far from now. Apart from these two, Pawan Kalyan has signed a project each with Harish Shankar and Surender Reddy. These projects are titled PSPK28, and PSPK29 respectively. These projects will start rolling once Pawan turns free. More details about these projects will be out sooner than later.
