Update: 2021-09-01 02:52 GMT
Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati's Bheemla Nayak, the Telugu remake of Ayyappanum Koshiyum is announced for theatrical release on the 12th of January next year, marking the occasion of Sankranthi. The makers have been affirming that the film will indeed be releasing in theaters on the 12th of January, through the newly released posters and teasers. However, there are reports claiming that Bheemla Nayak might be postponed to Republic Day release, 26th January. But this isn't in the best interests of Pawan's fans on social media. They want the makers of the Pawan Kalyan starrer to release the film in theaters on the 12th of January.

Pawan's fans opine that Sankranthi release will ensure the best possible box office returns to the film. Also, they can't wait to catch Pawan's mass avatar in the film as the recently released teaser has catapulted the buzz around the film multi-fold. They are hoping that Bheemla Nayak hits the theaters at the earliest and are in no mood to accept any delays in release. They have even started mounting pressure on the makers of Bheemla Nayak, asking them to stick to initial release plans and make sure that the film releases on 12th January, as a Sankranthi special.

The makers of Bheemla Nayak are also keen on sticking to their release plans. They are unfazed by the fact that even RRR is likely to release in theaters next Sankranthi season. They are confident about the film's content and are placing their trusting in Pawan Kalyan's star power and box office pull, which will ensure thunderous openings to the film next Sankranthi season.

The shooting of Bheemla Nayak is progressing at an encouraging pace and there aren't too many reasons to postpone the film. Except of course, if the Covid third wave hits the nation really hard next January or earlier. So, Pawan's fans can rest assured for now. Bheemla Nayak is well and truly on course to hit the silver screens on the 12th of January next year.  Meanwhile, the title song from the film's audio album will be out on the 2nd of September, marking Pawan Kalyan's birthday.
