PETA India took the issue of goat slaughtering by Prabhas Fans very seriously. On the release day of Baahubali, on July 10th, some enthusiastic fans of the hunk hero have slaughtered a goat at a theatre in Vikarabad. As the news and picture went viral in Facebook, PETA India has breathed fire and asked people to help catching those culprits by announcing 25,000 rupees reward for them.
It was mentioned that killing an animal outside a slaughter house is a crime under Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Rules, 2001 and could be punished under section 429 of IPC. Even police are said to be looking after to find those culprits and put them behind the bars.
