Prabhas sought the intervention of Hyderabad High Court in the property dispute related to his farmhouse in 2,083 square yards of land in Raydurg Panmaktha village, Serilingampally Mandal. In the petition, He mentioned about the purchase of land in Survey No. 5/3 from B Vaishnavi Reddy, Usha and B Shashank Reddy in 2005. He also claimed to be paying Property Tax and Electricity Bills regularly since the past 13 years. In addition, About Rs 1.05 crore was paid for the regularisation of this disputed land.
In the counter affidavit filed by Telangana Government, It's been conveyed that Prabhas built the farmhouse in an encroached land. Revenue Officials maintained they have seized the property as Supreme Court has already declared that 84 acres in Survey Number 46 belongs to Government.
Government's Counsel has already made it clear TRS Government permitted regularisation of land only for people in Below Poverty Line. He made it clear Bahubali doesn't belong to the BPL Family to seek exemption.
Next Hearing of the property dispute will be on December 31st. Prabhas will have to submit strong evidence by then to get a favourable judgement.
