Senior actor Prakash Raj recently spoke about the nepotism in the film industry and states that it is responsible for the unfortunate suicide of Bollywood hero Sushanth Singh Rajput who passed away by hanging himself in his house.
He said, "#nepotism I have lived through this .. I have survived ... my wounds are deeper than my flesh ..but this child #SushanthSinghRajput couldn't.. will WE learn .. will WE really stand up and not let such dreams die .. #justasking."
He even shared a video of Sushanth speaking about Nepotism in Bollywood. The late actor said that nepotism is everywhere and we can do nothing about it. He added that it can co-exist without any problem unless people deliberately take away offers from you and supress the talent. He expressed that some day all this structure would come to an end. On Monday, Sushanth's last rites were performed which was attended by his family, friends and colleagues. The actual reason behind his death is still unknown.
