Comedian Pallu Babu shot to fame with Tamil blockbuster 'Kadhal' (2004) which was dubbed in Telugu as 'Premisthe'. Much to everyone's shock, This Actor was found begging near a Temple at Chennai's Chulaimedu area on Friday.
