Makers of Tamil flick 'Engada Iruntheenga Ivvalavu Naala' have been contemplating on taking legal action against film's female lead Ishara for giving a miss to shooting inspite of receiving advance.
Producer Joseph Lawrence: 'We signed a deal with Ishara on 28-02-2016 for playing the female lead in our movie. Rs 75,000 out of total payment Rs 4 lakhs has been paid as an advance. She agreed to offer 20-days call sheet but gone missing after shooting for 2-days. Whenever we called her, Ishara used to say she is in Dubai or Kerala or Busy shooting for some other film. At one point, Ishara complains she isn't happy with the changes made in the story. After promising that script will be changed as per her wish, She agreed to join the shoot but never kept her promise. We brought the matter to the notice of Kerala Nadigar Sangam and Producers Guild but she didn't give a proper reply. When she warned her that we would approach media and court, Ishara asked us to go ahead in a careless manner. Producers like us are losing crores trusting people like Ishara. We will drag her to court'.
Ishara, earlier, acted in 'Sathuranga Vettai' and she was appreciated for her role with different shades.
