Pushpa Team Shifts Base To Hyderabad

Team Pushpa is raring to get things done at a brisk pace in order to make sure that the film releases in the theatres this Christmas season. As reported earlier, 17th December is the release date that is in consideration for the Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna starrer. The unit had recently completed a lengthy schedule in Kakinada and Merdumilli region, where several action blocks, a song, and a few talkie sequences were canned. The latest we hear is that Pushpa team is back in Hyderabad now. The unit wrapped up the Uttharandhra schedule and is now working on the final shooting portion of the film.

The makers had erected a special set at Saradhi Studios in Hyderabad for the ongoing schedule and the filming is currently going on at this location. A few interior shots featuring Allu Arjun and the rest of the lead case are being canned in this schedule. These will be the transition shots that come at a penultimate juncture in the film. Allu Arjun is taking part in the same. Rashmika Mandanna will also be joining the sets soon to wrap up shooting for her portion. A minor portion featuring Fahadh Faasil, who plays the antagonist is also left to be shot. The makers are planning to complete the entre filming part by the end of October so that they will have a month and a half to work on the post production and also come up with a winning promotional campaign for the film.

In all likelihood, Pushpa: The Rise will be making it to the theatres this Christmas weekend.
