It has been a year since 'Baahubali 2' released but Rajamouli yet to launch his new film. He is presently busy with the pre-production works of NTR-Charan multistarrer. A huge set is being erected in the Aluminium Factory compound for the film under the supervision of art director Sabu Cyril. Producer DVV Danayya has recently revealed that the movie will go to the sets in October. As the production takes two years, the movie may release in 2020.
Meanwhile, there are several speculations in film circles regarding his next project. There were reports in the past that Rajamouli committed a film to producer Durga Arts KL Narayana but there is no update regarding the film. Some people thought that Rajamouli will do the NTR-Charan multistarrer as a joint venture of Danayya-KL Narayana but it has ended up as Danayya project.
On the other hand, there is interesting update doing rounds regarding the Rajamouli's next project that he has given a green signal to the Mythri Movie Makers. Rajamouli has formally agreed to do the film in their banner after two years as per the buzz. Story.. star cast has not been decided and Rajamouli will plan about it later. Rajamouli reportedly gave his nod to Mythri because he has was impressed with the passion of the producer for the cinema. It is known that they have delivered blockbusters for all the star heroes till now. They are presently bankrolling Ravi Teja-Srinu Vaitla film 'Amar Akbar Anthony'.. Naga Chaitanya's 'Savyasaachi'.
