Rajamouli's Perfection Over Krish's Imperfection

Krish Jagarlamudi.. the name definitely drives the crowds to the theatres. Undoubtedly, Krish is a person with sensibilities which reflects in his films as well. From his first film Gamyam to the last one Gautamiputra Satakarni, Krish did an amazing job as a director. Krish is regarded as a successful director but he was never regarded as a director who is sensational. Krish designs amazing scenes and executes them successfully but most of the times they lack emotion to the required proportion.

Though all of us like his movies, we only did it in parts. Though Krish matches to the standards of Rajamouli in terms of execution, Krish fails to run the movie on a single emotion. When taken the example of the today's release NTR Kathanayakudu, there are enough scenes that could have been elevated to a certain level but Krish did that only with a couple of scenes and moved on to the others.

Often we feel that each scene lacks a connection. But in Rajamouli's movies, it is a different case. He would take care of every single aspect in a scene and tries to elevate the emotion as much as possible. Rajamouli lets his viewer experience the emotion of his hero but in Krish's movies, we just see it from a distance and appreciate it.

Today, as the first part of NTR biopic released, a lot of people started drawing comparisons between the two directors and some fans of Rajamouli expressed their wish that it would have been nice if Rajamouli directed the project. But whatever is said, we must not rub off the effort put by Krish in directing the film. Krish too did a fine job but there is nothing like a perfect product and someone or the other will certainly crave for something better than what was presented.
