Kaala: The Story Behind MH 01 BR 1956

Update: 2017-05-26 11:02 GMT
South Super Star Rajinikanth 'Kaala' first look released recently.  The first look gave a glimpse of 'Kaala'.  Pa Ranijth who directed Rajinikanth in  'Kabali' is directing this film also.  The poster appears to be meaningful with several interesting things.   Let us see what are those things.

Rajini who is sitting on a black jeep appears like a mafia don.. there is already a talk that Rajini is playing a mafia don role in the film.  The jeep number is MH 01 BR 1956.  MH stands for Maharashtra.   Maharashtra and Gujarat are known as most business friendly states in India.  Maharashtra and Gujarat used to be a single state earlier. They were bifurcated in 1956.  On the other hand, B.R. Ambedkar died in the same year.  So, BR.. 1956 appears to be the symbols of these historic developments.

Going by these symbols, some are speculating that the movie story will revolve around the politics of 1956 and the fight between business tycoons.. and common people involving sensitive & emotional issues Or this might be a person's fight for the rights of Tamil people in Maharashtra.  Famous novel 'Midnight Children' also penned in the same backdrop.

How Kaala fights for a common man who is suffering between religious confrontations.. corruption.. dirty politics may be the story.  Rajini has appeared as a Mumbai don in 'Baasha' also.  It is interesting to see how 'Kaala's is going to impress the audience.
