Superstar Rajinikanth's Robo, directed by Shankar, is one of the well-made science friction thrillers and set records in the Tamil film industry. Not just in the south, but the film received good appreciation from Bollywood too.

We are aware that Rajinikanth never talks about the efforts he puts for his roles in the films but instead, he lets his onscreen performance speak about it. One such amazing performance was seen Robo where he took the film to the next level with his dedication.

Now, Robo's Cinematographer Richard M Nathan took to Twitter to share a throwback picture and revealed an interesting secret.

In the picture, we can see Rajini painted with silver colour but many thought it is has been created by Computer-generated imagery (CGI) app. But the secret is that Rajinikanth got himself full painted for this role.

"This was a photoshoot I did for #enthiran in 2008. Ppl thot it was CGI, it's not. Thalaivar was pained for the shoot. Check the unreleased second photo. @shankarshanmugh #throwback #alwaysthalaivar #superstar," tweeted  Richard.
