Weeks ahead of the much-awaited announcement of his new political party, Super Star Rajinikanth visiting the national capital Delhi gained a lot of political significance.
It is believed that Rajinikanth reached Delhi to register the party symbol, flag, and party name with the Election Commission of India. He is said to have taken the legal opinion from the lawyers over his party symbol.
Reports claimed that the political advisors asked Rajinikanth to registered the cycle symbol as his party symbol. As TDP and Samajwadi Party have cycle as their party symbol, Thalaiva wants to make sure no legal issues arise with the symbol.
He has earlier said, he will make a formal announcement about his political party on the 31st. As the date is fast approaching, Rajanikanth is said to be speeding up the process to register his party with the Election commission.
Rajinikanth will enter the electoral politics and contest the upcoming 2021 Tamil Nadu Assembly elections. This makes him, the fourth leader from Tamil Cinema contest the elections aiming for power.
