She has shared interesting details regarding her career during a promotional interview recently. She said that she enjoyed working with director Boyapati Sreenu. While talking about the hero Bellam Konda Srinivas she said that "His craze will increase after this film. He performed well in fights and action scenes. You will see a new Srinivas soon." When Rakul was asked whether she gave any suggestions in acting to Srinivas, she answered that "I didn't give any suggestions to him as a senior. Did I open an acting school to train him? Srinivas already worked on two films. He has experience."
When she was asked about rumours on her film with Power Star Pawan Kalyan, she answered that "There is no clarity on Pawan Kalyan film. I've not signed it. It is still in the discussion stage."
She went on to say that she likes Tollywood.. she likes Hyderabad very much. She clarified that she is not giving importance to Tamil & Hindi languages. She is just accepting offers from other languages as well.
