Boyapati Srinu has earned a reputation that he is good at action episodes and giving heroes some rough attires and make overs. He made a name for himself among his fans for the way he deals with action and now, he is trying to come up with a mixture of action, love and emotions with his new film, Jaya Janaki Nayaka. Rakul Preet Singh, the lead actress of this film confirmed this and she shared few more details about the film to media.
She complained that her eyes have swelled up while acting in a emotional scenes in this film and also she said the same to the director once. " In this movie, I play a bubbly girl in a caring and loving family and that changes with one incident. Director Boyapati treated this film differently and this is a love story filled with lot of sacrifices and emotions," shared Rakul.
She continued, " I have complained to my director about how the excess use of glycerine is effecting my eyes and how they are getting swelled at the end of the shoot each day during a schedule. I said you will be making me an old woman with wrinkles by the end of the schedule. But I enjoyed playing Janaki and the audience will connect with my character. Boyapati did not want any harsh action oriented title, so he chose Jaya Janaki Nayaka for this movie."
About the co-star, Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas, Rakul said, " I think he sunk his teeth completely in the character and you will see a new Srinivas. He transformed in the direction of Boyapati and the director makes sure that there is a comfort zone for every actor on the sets. He also changes the environment on set according to the scene to create a mood for the actors. You will see a different Srinivas in this movie."
"After Rarandoyi, this character will be remembered in my career and I will always be thankful to director Boyapati for choosing me for this role. I signed this film while I was doing Sarrainodu and he explained the traits of the character way back then to me. I'm in love with this character and I'm sure that audience and my fans will too, " concluded the actress. Jaya Janaki Nayaka is releasing on 11th of August.
