The latest buzz from the industry circles reveal that Puri met Ram Charan recently and narrated a story but Cherry didn't approve his story. He reportedly put a condition to him that the story should be penned by others and not Puri.
Except 'Temper' no other film directed by Puri succeeded at the box office in the past few years. Vakkantham Vamsi provided the story for 'Temper'..but all the other Puri's stories didn't work at the box office. It was actually NTR who put a condition to Puri that they would go with Vakkantham's story 'Temper' and not the story penned by Puri. It seems Charan is also following the same now.
