RRR Hero Thanks CM Jagan For His Help

The AP government led by Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has decided to waive the fixed electricity charges of all theatres and multiplexes in the state for 3 months-April, May and June- in order to give a boost to the film industry, which was badly hit hard by the pandemic. The government will also facilitate loans, benefiting 1,100 theatres.

On this occasion, the Telugu film personalities, who are happy with the decision taken by YS Jagan, has started thanking his government for providing a handout under the Cinemas Restart package for exhibitors.

Earlier, Megastar Chiranjeevi tweeted thank you note for CM Jagan and now his son RRR actor Ram Charan has tweeted about the same and thanked the government for the relief measures.

Ram Charan tweeted, "I wholeheartedly thank @YSJagan Garu and the Government of Andhra Pradesh for these relief measures. Your incentives and this support will help us in restoring our film industry @AndhraPradeshCM."

On the work front, Ram Charan is occupied with Rajamouli's 'RRR' shooting. The film is set in the 1920s backdrop and is a fictitious story based on two legendary freedom fighters - Alluri Seetharamaraju and Komaram Bheem where Ram Charan and Jr NTR plays the lead roles.
