There is no clarity on when the movie is going to start.. when it is going to complete and release. Even Varma did not talk about it after the first announcement. Varma's standard further decreased in these six months with films like 'Veeerappan' Hindi version.. Telugu 'Vangaveeti'. The fate of 'Sarkar -3' is yet to be decided by audience.
