After six months, the movie theatres across the country are allowed to reopen from October 15. The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) issued guidelines for reopening on Wednesday, permitting cinema halls to open.
Now, sensational director Ram Gopal Varma has announced that he is going to release his "Coronavirus" film as soon as theatres get open. According to him, this will be the first film to release after lockdown.
"Finally theatres are open from October 15th and happy to announce that CORONAVIRUS will be the FIRST FILM TO RELEASE AFTER LOCKDOWN #CoronaVirusFilm," tweeted RGV.
"CORONAVIRUS film is about a family caught in the LOCKDOWN situation and has been entirely shot during LOCKDOWN and will be 1st film to release after LOCKDOWN is lifted on movie theatres #CoronaVirusFilm," he added.
Ram Gopal Varma had surprised everyone with the trailer of the film in which he showed a family and their struggle as they figure out if one of their family members has contracted the coronavirus during the lockdown.
