Update: 2022-09-26 10:53 GMT
After a string of flops, Bollywood star hero Akshay Kumar is ready to take the audience on an adventurous ride on 25th October 2022 with 'Ram Sethu'. The first look poster featuring Akshay Kumar, Jacqueline Fernandez and Satya Dev was released a few months back and created a lot of buzz. Now, the makers have released the teaser which is quite racy and intriguing.

Going by the teaser, the movie is all about saving the 'Ram Sethu' bridge in just three days. The journey is going to be filled with a lot of ups, downs, twists, adrenaline-pumping action and much more. Akshay looked mature with the long hair and a white beard while Jacqueline Fernandez looked glamorous as usual. She is part of the action too. Satya Dev and Nasser make their presence felt. The teaser is slick, quick and impactful. The last shot which showcased the 'Ram Sethu' bridge under the water is glorious. The visuals are fantastic and the background music is pulsating.

Apart from arriving in Hindi, this crazy film will be coming out in Telugu and Tamil too. Written and directed by Abhishek Sharma, this movie is produced by Arun Bhatia, Vikram Malhotra, Subaskaran, Mahaveer Jain, Aashish Singh and Prime Video. Nushrat Bharuccha is also a part of this film. Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi is the creative producer. Let us wait and see if this film becomes successful at the box office or not.

Akshay is in a bad run fo form. His 'Bell Bottom' which came out last year did not perform well commercially. 'Atrangi Re' which came out on directly on Hotstar got negative talk. His 'Bachchan Pandey', a remake of 'Gaddalakonda Ganesh', turned out to be a debacle at the box office despite having a star cast including him, Arshad Warsi, Kriti Sanon and Jacqueline Fernandez. His 'Prithviraj' came out on 3rd June amidst good hype and expectations. It turned out to be a huge disappointment. 'Raksha Bandhan' which came out in August got rejected by the audience and his 'Cutputli' released on Disney + Hotstar too received a negative response.
