Telugu Film Industry has a specialty. Whenever a hero becomes successful, he will be awarded a title.. he becomes a 'star'. It is known that the recent past, Nani became a 'Natural Star'. Sai Dharam Tej became 'Supreme Hero'. Similarly Daggubati family hero Rana became 'War Star' after the release of his latest film Ghazi.
Ghazi film is made in the backdrop of India - Pakistan war in 1971. As the movie got very good reviews and positive talk, fans started calling Rana a 'War Star'. There is a reason behind it. Whenever Rana acts in a film with a war backdrop, that becomes a hit. Bahubali - The Beginning, Rudhrama Devi.. Ghazi. So.. it is obvious that they have very good logic behind awarding a title.
Another interesting thing is.. Rana is acting in another war based film '1945' directed Satya Siva. This movie is Tamil-Telugu bilingual. There are some episodes related to Second World War & Subhas Chandra Bose led Indian National Army in this film. So, our new War Star will keep on waging on screen wars !
