During the promotions of 'Sanju', Ranbir Kapoor admitted being addicted to nicotine at the age of 15. He feels it's the worst kind of addiction and lack of willpower to quit it was a big concern. 'I quit smoking for four months. From last month, I have began rolling cigars again…one or two per day,' he says.

Ranbir Kapoor has visited Austria quite a few times to overcome the addiction. Doctor used to offer him injections in his ears to make him quit smoking but still he wasn't able control his instincts.

In 'Sanju' which is a biopic of Sanjay Dutt, Ranbir Kapoor would be seen as a drug addict for a brief period. This film is expected to be a landmark in the career of 'Barfi' Actor.

Many Bollywood Stars are addicted to something at some point in their careers. While some of the ruined their life/career, Few managed to overcome that bad phase with proper guidance and rehabilitation. Hopefully, Sanju's Life Story would be a lesson for Ranbir Kapoor.
