Tollywood worked hard for restarting the theatres post lockdown. After a lot of meetings, the theatres were finally allowed to reopen. Though the reception has been great till now, there are still a few sections of people who are not ready to walk into the theatres. They are concerned about their safety and some of them even asked about the distribution of vaccines in theatres.
When quizzed about it during 'Rang De' promotions, the film's producer Suryadevara Naga Vamsi seems to be quite positive about this idea. He said, 'Why not? It is not so costly after all. We are ready. But then. I do not think so the Government would allow us.' While some are responding positively to this idea, others are claiming that it is not possible practically.
Naga Vamsi is a young producer who is making successful films from the past few years. His 'Jersey' which came out in 2019 bagged two National Awards recently. Now, his upcoming production venture 'Rang De' is releasing on 26th March and it is a romantic comedy featuring Nithiin and Keerthy Suresh in the lead.
