Mega Powerstar Ram Charan proved his star power with the opening collections of 'Rangasthalam'. The movie has collected a worldwide gross of Rs.46 crores including the overseas premiers. If we talk about the collections of only Telugu states, 'Rangasthalam' collected Rs. 19.35 crores share(Rs.29 crores gross), the career-best opening collections in Charan's career. His previous best opening was 'Bruce Lee' with Rs. 12.7 crores.
The movie went onto collect approximately more than Rs.30 crore share on day 1 worldwide. The movie theatrical rights have been sold for Rs.80 crores and it is a good sign for the film to open on a big note.
