Rao Ramesh has reached a stage where Directors have been creating characters keeping him in mind. He is only getting better with every movie and is able to carry on whole project on his shoulders. Films such as 'Nanna Nenu Naa Boyfriends' has proven it.
The script of 'Nanna Nenu Naa Boyfriends' was narrated to Rao Ramesh even before 'Cinema Choopista Mama'. Soon after the narration, Director told to him that father role in the movie will be remembered for 10 years. At that time, Rao Ramesh brushed it aside. But, He did agree with the filmmaker upon receiving numerous congratulatory calls and messages for his performance post the release.
Rao Ramesh believes he has come to this stage by creating a style of his own instead of imitating his father Rao Gopala Rao.
Surprisingly, Rao Ramesh restricts himself to Telugu despite receiving some good offers from other Film Industries. He feels Telugu is the only language which accepts actors from all over the country.
Ask him whether he loves to do positive characters or baddie roles, Rao Ramesh votes in favor of roles with negative shades as they offer him more scope to perform. In 'Katamarayudu' and 'DJ - Duvvada Jagannadham', He will be seen in negative roles.
